V-TWIN TOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices are in Thai Baht and United Kingdom Pounds Sterling, a 25% Non Refundable Security Deposit is required to confirm and reserve your space on one of our professionally managed, guided Harley Davidson tours.
Deposits/Full Payments made via bank transfer can be Thai Baht, United Kingdom Pounds Sterling, or your countries currency, exchange rate will be provided in an email after you inquire about making a booking, please specify your currency in the email.
Deposits/Full Payments made via credit card using PayPal are in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling or converted from your country's currency into Pounds Sterling.
Full payment is required 60 Days prior to the tour commencing, failing to pay will result in loss of deposit and place on Tour. (Deposit & full payment does not apply if you are a travel agent or operator with a written or verbal agreement with V-Twin Tours.) Full payment details will be emailed to you and can be made via bank transfer or by credit card using PayPal.
All riders must provide a damage deposit in the form 35,000 Baht cash/major Credit Card (Authorization only) which will be refunded once the motorcycle has been inspected, full of fuel and damage free. The deposit becomes your deductible in the event of an accident.
All payments are to be made via telegraphic bank transfer, to V-Twin Tours account in Thailand or by credit card using PayPal.
V-Twin Tours reserves the right to cancel or change any tour in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances.
If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel routes, hotels and restaurants as required.
Should cancellation or changes be necessary VTT will offer you an alternative tour date? VTT is not responsible for any travel arrangements affected by our cancellation or changes.
MOTORCYCLES AND EQUIPMENT
All tours include a late model well maintained Harley Davidson (Model depending on availability.) Mechanical breakdowns are rare. If a motorcycle becomes inoperable due to mechanical failure and the problem cannot be reasonably resolved a replacement motorcycle will be provided.
If the motorcycle becomes inoperable for any other reason other than mechanical failure it will not be replaced.
A stolen motorcycle will not be replaced.
VTT will not be liable for missed reservations or other expenses incurred as result of any motorcycle breakdown or loss.
Whilst Asia has a tropical climate. We do occasionally encounter rain, under no circumstances shall VTT be responsible for rain/wind or other weather conditions, nor can your tour participation be cancelled or amended by you for such weather conditions.
We recommend that you bring your own lightweight rain suits, for comfort and hygiene purposes. A detailed list of what (and what not) to bring will be provided four weeks prior to your tour.
It is the responsibility of VTT to properly arrange and conduct your tour per the tour description contained herein. However VTT its owners and agents shall not be responsible for and shall not accept liability for any claims, damage, losses, cost or other expenses arising from:
(a) any personal injury, decease, sickness or death however caused, whilst engaged or by reason of your participation on any VTT tours whether due to maintenance, automobile, hotel, airline or other common carrier used in conjunction with the tour;
(b) loss or damage to luggage or other property, we recommend you purchase travel insurance concerning loss, damage or theft of luggage and personal belongings;
(c) delay, failure or loss resulting during VTT tours due the actions of hotel operators, airlines and other common carriers, other suppliers, or due to government actions, mechanical breakdowns, weather, labour disputes, terrorism, act of war, acts of God or any other causes beyond VTT direct control.
WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
EACH TOUR PARTICIPANT MUST AGREE TO AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING WAIVER AND RELEASE.
My payment of a deposit constitutes my understanding and acceptance of the information, terms and conditions contained herein. I further understand and accept the V-Twin Tours (VTT) tours and related activities involve risk of personal injury or death and damage to or loss of property in consideration of the benefits to be derived.
I hereby accept all risks of personal injury and property damage arising from participation in this VTT tour and I hereby agree that I, my dependants, heirs, executors and assigns do release and hold harmless VTT its owners, employees and agents from any and all claims of death, bodily injuries, illness, property damage or loss however caused arising from or related to VTT tours.
Further, by payment of a deposit and /or my signature on this form. I certify that I do not suffer from or have any physical condition, mental condition or other disability that would create a hazard for me or other tour participants. I also certify that I am over 21 years of age and have the experience to operate and control the motorcycles herein.
I have carefully read the tour descriptions, terms and conditions and this Waiver and release agreement. I will abide by everything as stated herein or elsewhere published by VTT.
Further I affirm that I have not received or relied on any oral or written representation of VTT as basis for executing this Waiver and Release.
